Our little break from visiting with the Klosowskys was so we could head over to the airport to welcome Grandpa and Grandma Smith home from their two year mission in Sao Paulo, Brazil! Boy, were we excited to see them!
And to ride the moving walkways :)
Uncle Lance, Aunt Lisa, Aunt Laura, and Maren and Zoey were there too!
The waiting was so hard! It felt like forever! Especially for little kids!
Cora took her watching job very seriously.
Here they come!
Eve took off immediately, followed closely by Maren and Halle.
I get emotional just looking at these pictures, months after the fact!
Zoey and Cora only took a minute to warm up to what was happening.
Seth meeting Grandma Smith! (Besides weekly Skype calls....)
Waiting for the luggage! Turns out their luggage hadn't arrived, but we waited for at least an hour before discovering that. But it gave us time to visit! We were headed back up to the Brunsons for dinner with the Klosowskys and then leaving the next morning for Broomfield, so we soaked up every minute we had with the Smiths!
Lots of running around in baggage claim!
First time being held by Grandpa Smith!
We wish Andrew and Abigail could have been there with us!
Saying goodbye the missionary way - with handshakes! We couldn't wait to see Grandpa and Grandma again soon!
Welcome home!
