Boyd at 3 Months

 

Although all the other family had left after the baptism and blessing, Grandma Smith was able to stay an extra week or so and got to help us celebrate Boyd turning 3 months old! 

He's all grown up! 

And very happy about it!

Here are some facts about Boyd at this age:

-Usually gets up once a night to eat; even did an 8 hour stretch one night!

-Loves being held and gets really fussy when we put him down (good thing there are so many people willing to hold him!)

-Size 2 diapers and size 3 month clothes

-Just upgraded to 6 oz bottles but he doesn't always finish them

-Weighs about 17-18 lbs

-Having a harder time burping so gets fussy

-Kicks hard and can wiggle pretty well but hasn't rolled over yet

-Smiles and coos a lot but still hasn't laughed

-Enjoys being around the family more than being alone
-Still sleeping in the pack n play in our room

Cora loves being the big sister at home with Boyd. Of course, Abigail is also around (doing virtual 1st grade, but that doesn't count....)

Boyd of course loved the extra attention of having Grandma in town! 

And Daddy had been exposed to covid at work and then started not feeling good....so was all masked up. And holding the baby. Don't judge. 

Grandma held him lots too! And these two pictures sum up why Andrew, Boyd, and Connie would all shortly test positive for covid.
