Eve got her first real, sit-in-the-water bath yesterday on her 6 week birthday. Up until now, I've just been doing sponge baths. She did great! She got a surprised look on her face when she first hit the water (and by hit, I mean was gently placed into....), but she didn't protest at all. She actually seemed to like it. Whew! I mean, come on - I love taking baths and she has to have inherited something from me, right?
While I was filling the sink, Eve was hanging out with her current best friend - herself :). She likes to look at herself in the mirror. So cute for now! Maybe not so much when she's a teenager....
Sorry, no pictures of the actual bath. One, I'm opposed to naked baby pictures and two, my hands were a little busy. But here's the post-bath view. All snuggled up in her warm towel!
Why arent you using the towel i gave you? not good enough?
