Soccer!

This fall, we found a soccer team for Andrew to join!  He hasn't played much (if any) soccer since we got married, so we were excited to find a close-by team for him to join.  He's been playing for several weeks, but Eve and I have never made it to a game because they're at 10 or 11pm at night during the week (I know, right!?). 

Last night his game was at 9pm, so we kept Eve up a little late and went with him!  I'm so glad we did!  It was fun to see him play again!

He was definitely the star of the show!  

Although I missed seeing his goals because I was otherwise occupied....



I wonder with what?  Cough....Eve!...cough...

She had a great time even if we did keep her up until 10:30.  She kept trying to join ranks with a group of guys warming up for their soccer game.  Every time I'd pick her up and take her back to our seats, she'd scurry right back over to where they were kicking a ball around.  So I missed most of Andrew's game, but what I was able to see I really enjoyed!  Except for the part when a guy on the other team tripped Andrew and he came away with two bloody knees.  I was ready to throw down at that point!

He only has a few games left in his season so luckily Church basketball is starting up soon to keep him busy!
