18 Months Already?!?

How is this girl growing up so fast????

Here she is on her first Sunday in nursery - April 27th (we sent her in a couple weeks early): 

Halle's developed quite the unique personality and is so much fun to have around!  Here's her choice of outfits the other day - monkey backpack strapped on and two headbands in her hair :)

What can I say about this sweet girl?

- 24 lbs 13.5 oz (50th percentile)

-33.5 inches tall (100th percentile)

-LOVES books - looking at them herself or being read to

-Enjoys 'talking' on the phone (she called my mom on the phone the other day, without us knowing, and kept her on for several mins before we became aware)

-Wears 18 month to 2T clothes

-Is more picky now about what she'll eat and eats a lot less than she did as a baby

-Mostly babbles when she 'talks' (although she's mastered the word 'tickle')

-Loves playing with Eve and following her every move - although, more and more often, Halle is becoming the leader and Eve follows her lead

-Can throw royal tantrums when she doesn't get her way (we're working on it....) 

-Favorite foods - bread or any other form of carb

-Is very independent and wants to brush her own teeth and hair

-Is very good at putting her clothes in the laundry and throwing her diapers away - cleaning up her toys takes a bit more encouragement

-Blows kisses, gives kisses/hugs, and the cutest (and softest!) high fives ever!

I just love coming home every day from work to his happy face!  We love you Halle!
