July Stuff

We had two weeks left in July when we got home, so we crammed them full of fun!  (And more bar studying for Andrew....)

We used library program coupons to have dinner at a pizza buffet!  Lots of yummy food!

I made the best discovery ever!  Schlotzsky's now sells 10 lbs bags of pebble ice for $1.99!  You can bet I buy one a week....

Following Eve's example, Halle can now climb the door frame too.

Cora loves nursery!  (As long as I'm in there with her!)  And this is how she always smiles - front teeth behind her back.  Not sure why?

Going for a morning walk with Mommy!  I was limping by the end, pulling a wagon full of girls.....

We tried kids yoga on youtube.  I've never seen all 4 girls so quiet for 20 solid minutes as they did their stretches to the story of Moana.  Something to keep in mind!

The Chick-fil-A by our house does kids events once a week and the last week in July the free event was build your own ice cream sundae!  The girls had a blast and lots of our friends were there!

With all the choices, Halle just wanted purple sprinkles :)

Eve and Abigail chose more....

We love the Clarks and Campbells!  This was the week before the Campbells moved, so we were trying to see them as much as possible!

From Chick-fil-A, we all drove over to the library for a little concert with a kids singer.  The girls loved his songs!

And Halle won the free CD give-away by remembering what his cat's name was ("Peanut Butter Sandwich") and getting picked to answer!

And they each got a quick turn to try his ukulele!

The next day was story time at the library - another chance to see the Campbells!  Making cow headbands!

Andrew spent the 24th - 26th taking the Texas bar exam.  And he survived!  Here's his triumphant (hopefully!) return home, exhausted, on Thursday evening.  Now we just have to wait for November to get his results.  He's home with us full time now, as he searches for jobs.

Cora loves being silly with clothes on her head!  At least it's not her sisters' dirty underwear this time....

Apparently we could make do with a 3 bedroom house since the girls don't even sleep in their beds.  That's Eve on the living room floor and Abigail on the couch.

And Halle on her room floor.  All the same night.  Sigh.

Having the Campbell girls over for dinner one last time the night before they leave town.  Trying to give their parents a chance to finish packing/cleaning!  We're going to miss these girls!  They are basically the same ages as Halle, Abigail, and Cora.

And Abigail and I shopping at Home Depot - looking for new sprinklers to attempt to resurrect our dead lawn.  She loved all the flowers!

On to August and getting ready to head back to school!
