We got back from our summer adventures on Saturday, August 10th, and school started on Tuesday, August 13th. Which meant we had Monday to get ready! Time for haircuts!

Neither of them wanted to get their hair cut and consented to only a trim. So you can hardly tell a difference between the before and after pictures. At least the ends got cleaned up? And they look so cute in the salon chairs!

And suddenly it was Tuesday and time to start!

And Abigail was ready for kindergarten!
We're learning to love Sleepy Hollow after being so attached to North Ridge in Lubbock.

Abigail and I walked the other two to their rooms, and then I took her to the cafeteria where the kindergartners leave their stuff then head straight to gym and music. She did great with being dropped off!
It was really only for a couple of hours because Abigail had chemo that day :). I just didn't want her to miss the first morning! So I was back a little while later to get her and we headed to the hospital!
But that Friday, she was excited to show me her classroom and where she gets to sit!
We were excited and ready for what a new school year would bring! It's definitely been memorable....
