See Ya, 2020!

We rang in the new year in style! Boyd is very excited to see what will happen.

Happy New Year, Eve!

Seth is not excited.

Noise makers and streamers to help with the festivities!

Seth loved blowing it, but didn't like the noise, so kept one ear plugged the whole time.

We had a chocolate fondue night to celebrate!

So. Much. Sugar.

Bring on 2021; we're ready!

December Post-Christmas

What's the first thing we did after Christmas? More shopping, of course! :(

Matching pj brothers!

And Sunday brothers!

Eve working on the huge diamond art project she got. Halle got one too. They are going to take awhile! (Note: a year later and they're still not done.)

Boyd celebrated the end of Christmas with a huge poo through. All that Christmas food got to him!

We finished reading the entire Book of Mormon in 2020 for Come, Follow Me!

And just because the focus was often on all the negative things that happened in 2020 (thank you, covid), we made a list of some of the good things that happened to our family! We've definitely been blessed!

The boys aren't the only ones who can match. These sisters are (sometimes) besties!

So many snuggly places to sleep, it's hard to choose!

And because I was tired of all the holiday baking/cooking.....

Get back to me next year.

It’s Finally Christmas!

The wait was agony, but finally it was Christmas! Opening stockings is always first - Abigail was surprised to get a whole gum machine!

It was early in the morning and Seth was less excited.

"These presents are for me?! Ok, I'll get excited about that!"

Don't kill anyone with that bow!

Dad built the girls a dollhouse for Christmas and it's amazing! So big with lots of room to play! It took us a few months to stock it all up with people and furniture, but after some dog sitting in the summer months, we finally had the money to buy it all.

Abigail on the search for some bugs with her new insect kit!

Cora was happy to get Hatchimals!

And a huge dump truck for Seth!

Dinos!!!

"Wow, I have no idea what's going on, but all this excitement is contagious!"

We had a yummy dinner (for those of us who could taste things, not me yet).

Boyd was finally ready to open his stocking!

And by open, I mean eat.

So many presents for this little guy!

"I can't believe it!"

"All of these things are so yummy, Mommy!"

Seth "helping" Boyd with his new toy.

Everyone got a squishmallow! They are so big and soft!

Seth was excited to sleep with his new nightlight stuffed animal, who he named "Boo". Maybe he was trying to say "blue" but Boo has stuck since then.

"I will master this challenge if it's the last thing I do!"

We love celebrating Jesus' birthday! It's so memorable to spend the day together remembering Him and having so much fun!
