Backtracking just a little to finish up everything else that happened in November!
It was a wild month!
School pictures came home and the girls remembered to smile this time! I can't believe how beautiful they each are. This mom is super proud of the people they are!
Halle - 1st grade
Eve - 3rd grade
Abigail - kindergarten
(I'm going to miss her bald head SO much when chemo is done. It's so freaking adorable!)
Without a piano bench, Seth was able to improvise and still make lots of noise on the piano.
Abigail was feeling left out that we came and ate lunch with Eve and Halle for their birthdays, so we made sure to join her one day as well! Unlike their school in Lubbock, their lunches at Sleepy Hollow are spaced such that there's 30 minutes between each of our girls' times, making it impractical to every do more than one at a time.
The girls love to help me cook, when I have the patience for it :).
And Seth loves to sneak bowls off the table when no one's looking and finish whatever may have been left behind - oatmeal in this case.
Yum!
Speaking of yum.....
Some days were nice enough to visit the park!
With our friends the Howes!
Oatmeal isn't the only thing Seth can reach and grab off the table. Hot chocolate is also fair game!
The oncology office was asking for present ideas for the kids for the Christmas party, so we took them all to Walmart and let them explore the toy section to see what they gravitated towards. We'd never done anything like that before and boy was it crazy!

I FINALLY got around to buying letters for Abigail and Cora for the names on the walls of their bedrooms and told them they could pick the colors we painted them. Which meant Eve and Halle wanted to choose their colors and repaint their letters. Painting party!
No one necessarily chose the colors Mommy would have, but hey, they were all happy.

Cora always asks me to take pictures of her when we're out shopping :).

The creepy compartments under the stage are way more fun than toys!
And so's the attic at home! Getting out our Christmas decorations and everyone wanted a turn to go up!
And I mean everyone!
Looks like we're ready for December!
