We were so glad that Grandma Larsen got to stay and hang out with us for a couple extra weeks after Memorial Day! She played, and played, and played with the kids! And did all the dishes, basically. Have I mentioned that I hate washing dishes now? I didn't mind so much when it was just Andrew and I, but now...
She also completed our front yard rock project, essentially by herself, working on it a little each day. But that deserves a separate post.
She spent a lot of time outside with the kids.
And we played a lot of games!
She got to be here for Abigail and Cora's birthdays! She got the girls these stamp sets - so fun!
One day we made huge chocolate chip and M&M's cookies! We had a lot of M&M's left from Abigail's birthday.
We even went to the zoo one morning after it opened back up!
We've never seen Perry the Bear up quite this close!
Everyone except Seth was impressed.
He was more interested in pushing the stroller.
The only animal he showed any interest in was the tiger. He liked that tiger and it got super close too!
More outside time! I don't know why the front yard is such a privilege for these kids. But they can't go without an adult and it's getting harder and harder to convince me to sit out there in the heat. But Grandma was almost always game!
She'd even go on walks!
Seth likes to push/pull things - usually even more than riding in them.
But it is exhausting.
Matching dresses!
And goofy time with Grandma!
Please don't leave! We can't make it without you!
