Mother's Day

This year was the BEST Mother's Day ever. I don't know why, but not having to go to church made all the difference. I always want this day to be perfect and the kids to be perfect and of course it never happens, but just being at home together, it didn't matter as much and I actually enjoyed it.

Ignore my sunburn from the day before - we'd had a drive thru Relief Society activity to pass out treats and the seeded hearts to the sisters and had ended up staying and talking too long.

The results of the idea I stole from a friend of mine to take pictures with each child on Mother's and Father's Day so they can always have a recent picture with their parents.

Seth will freak out for group pictures, but loves selfies.

See me trying to restrain him? Every. Single. Time.

We had our little Sacrament Meeting, delivered the rest of the treats to the sisters who hadn't come on Saturday, ate yummy food, and played games. A perfect day!
